• Define our target audience and persona strategy
• Build a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs
• Create targeted content and campaigns to engage potential customers
• Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Research and assess potential leads based on our ICP and criteria
• Engage leads early to understand their fit and potential
• Ensure that prospects are aligned with our solution before advancing in the funnel
SALES & SALES ENGINEERING
• Tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs through in-depth conversations
• Conduct thorough technical assessments to ensure feasibility
• Collaborate closely with customers to define the project scope and fit
SALES & FIELD ENGINEERING
• Provide on-site technical support
• Train customer teams to maximize platform adoption and usage
• Ensure smooth project handover with a focus on long-term success
CUSTOMER SUCCESS
• Continuously prove the value of our solution with metrics and performance reviews
• Foster strong relationships with customers to support their evolving needs
• Identify opportunities for upselling and further growth, ensuring customer satisfaction
