OPERATIONS AT TRACTIAN
The Operations team is responsible for bringing our IoT devices to life. Our focus is on making the impossible possible, always with a strong results-driven mindset. We integrate hardware, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, and are responsible for the entire equipment manufacturing process, from component sourcing to the final adaptation of devices to meet strict international standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Electronics Production Technician, you will be responsible for assembling electronic devices in accordance with established procedures and standards. You will have the opportunity not only to perform electronic device assembly, but also to contribute to workplace organization and ensure the quality of manufactured products.
Responsibilities

Assemble electronic devices according to provided instructions and specifications;
- •
Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the assembly process;
- •
Collaborate with the team to meet established production goals;
- •
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- •
Technical degree in Electronics or equivalent;
- •
Familiarity with production processes following assembly instructions and quality standards;
- •
Ability to operate assembly equipment with strong attention to detail and maintain consistent quality standards;
- •
Basic knowledge of continuous improvement techniques;
- •
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
