Operations at TRACTIAN
The operations team is responsible for turning our IoT devices into reality. We strive to make the impossible possible and are deeply goal-oriented. We integrate hardware, production, quality, and supply and we're in charge of the whole manufacturing process of our hardware, from the purchase of components to the final adapting of our devices to meet strict international criteria.

What you'll do
As an Electronic Production Technician, you will be responsible for assembling electronic devices, following established procedures and standards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to not only assemble electronic devices, but also contribute to the organization of the work environment and ensure the quality of manufactured products. You will work alongside our best minds in developing and adapting our devices to meet rigorous international criteria, helping the company in its mission to modernize factory floors around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly of electronic devices, ensuring precision and quality;

  • Keep the work environment organized and clean;

  • Carry out quality inspections during the assembly process;

  • Identify and solve problems related to assembly;

  • Collaborate with the team to implement improvements in production processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in electronic assembly;

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;

  • Ability to work independently and in a team;

  • Basic knowledge of continuous improvement techniques;
