The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

What will you do:

As our Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for building, executing, and evolving a regional demand strategy that creates pipeline and drives revenue. You'll lead key marketing initiatives across acquisition, SEO, paid media, lifecycle, conversion optimization, and sales alignment.This is a senior and strategic role with high ownership. You’ll design the regional growth engine and operate it hands-on, ensuring consistent delivery of SQLs and measurable business outcomes. Your work will connect channel performance to real pipeline influence and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional demand generation strategy across Paid Media, SEO, Lead Nurture, Website Conversion, and Lifecycle Marketing.

  • Build and scale integrated full-funnel programs that generate qualified pipeline and reduce CAC.

  • Create and iterate campaigns across channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, email, CRM, content, Tradeshows), optimizing for efficiency and conversion.

  • Own lead scoring, handoff to Sales, and alignment around qualification and pipeline velocity.

  • Design and monitor performance dashboards with clear KPIs: SQLs, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and Revenue Attribution.

  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure tight feedback loops and performance insights that improve targeting and messaging.

  • Own experimentation: A/B tests, multichannel attribution models, and rapid iterations to improve funnel performance.

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Brand, and Data teams to orchestrate GTM initiatives and product-focused growth loops.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or performance marketing roles with proven pipeline impact.

  • Experience leading regional or segment-level demand generation strategies, not just tactical execution.

  • Mastery of acquisition platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and lifecycle tools.

  • Experience with organic acquisition and technical SEO fundamentals.

  • Deep understanding of pipeline metrics: CAC, SQLs, MQL-to-Close conversion, funnel velocity, and revenue influence.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple growth initiatives at once.

  • Analytical mindset, capable of extracting insights from data and quickly turning them into action.

  • Comfortable balancing strategy and execution, you think big but act fast.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing regional campaigns across LatAm or international markets.

  • Familiarity with ABM or sales-led growth initiatives.

  • Engineering or technical background that enables deep product understanding.
