Develop and maintain front-end (React/NextJS, Tailwind CSS) and back-end (Node/NestJS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Prisma ORM) solutions.
Develop and optimize marketing automation workflows, including pixel tracking, lead scoring, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations.
Ensure seamless integrations between web properties, ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, PostHog, Amplitude).
Automate marketing and web workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Optimize SEO, performance, and conversion rates (CRO) across web properties.
Ensure website security, session management, and authentication protocols.
Implement and improve analytics, performance tracking, and A/B testing to drive data-driven decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to align web initiatives with company goals.Implement A/B testing infrastructure and performance tracking to support data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in web development, including hands-on experience with Typescript, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Strong knowledge of React/NextJS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive web design.
Solid understanding of web security, authentication, and best development practices.
Expertise in web performance optimization, automation, and scaling digital experiences.
Experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and fostering an engineering-first culture.
Expertise in lead scoring models, behavioral tracking, and predictive analytics to enhance demand generation efforts.
Experience with marketing automation, personalization, and CRO strategies.
Experience with MarTech stacks and automation tools to optimize digital marketing operations.
Familiarity with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations.
Hands-on experience with data-driven growth strategies and A/B testing.
Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to refine UX, conversion paths, and web automation
