OPERATIONS AT TRACTIAN


The Operations team is responsible for bringing our IoT devices to life. Our focus is on making the impossible possible, always with a strong results-driven mindset. We integrate hardware, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, and are responsible for the entire equipment manufacturing process, from component sourcing to the final adaptation of devices to meet strict international standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO


As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that received materials and manufactured products comply with the company’s technical requirements and quality standards. You will work across different stages of the production chain, from incoming inspection of mechanical and electronic components to the verification of finished products. Your role is essential to ensure traceability, prevent field failures, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on incoming components (electrical, electronic, and mechanical materials) and finished products;

  • Use measurement instruments such as calipers, multimeters, micrometers, and other equipment to ensure technical accuracy of inspected items;

  • Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and established acceptance criteria;

  • Record and document identified nonconformities, issuing reports and supporting corrective action plans;

  • Support the Quality, Engineering, and Production teams in failure analysis and in proposing process improvements;

  • Conduct sampling and spot inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure quality consistency (SPC);

  • Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, test results, and material and product compliance status;

  • Participate in quality review meetings and provide technical feedback to update standards, control plans, and work instructions;

  • Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement and reduction of supply and assembly failures.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Mechanics, Electronics, or a related field;

  • Solid knowledge of measurement techniques and instruments used in mechanical, electronic, and product inspections;

  • Ability to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions;

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards;

  • Basic knowledge of software tools for inspection records and report generation;

  • Familiarity with ISO 900 quality management systems;

  • Intermediate Excel skills.
