We integrate hardware, production, quality, and supply and we're in charge of the whole manufacturing process of our hardware, from the purchase of components to the final adapting of our devices to meet strict international criteria.

What you'll do

The Products Quality Inspector – Debug is responsible for analyzing failures in electronic devices returned from customers, following established procedures and quality standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring Tractian’s product reliability by performing technical diagnostics, identifying root causes, and supporting continuous improvement actions.You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Reverse Logistics teams, contributing directly to product evolution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform failure analysis on electronic devices returned from customers;

  • Diagnose and document defects in PCBs, components, and electronic assemblies;

  • Execute functional tests and identify abnormal behavior in embedded sensors and devices;

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Reverse Logistics teams to implement corrective actions;

  • Support continuous improvement in product quality and reliability processes;

  • Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers;

  • Classify recurring failures and contribute to field issue traceability;

  • Maintain structured and organized records of inspections, tests, and analysis;

  • Participate in technical meetings to discuss failures and improvement proposals.

Requirements

  • Completed Electronics Technician course;

  • Currently enrolled in Industrial Electronics Technology (from 5th semester) or Electronic Engineering/related areas (from 6th semester onward);

  • Previous experience in electronic troubleshooting or fault analysis;

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams;

  • Familiarity with electronic components, PCBs, and diagnostic tools.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with IoT sensors or embedded systems;

  • Advanced knowledge of electronic device analysis tools;

  • Understanding of reliability and debugging standards for electronic products.
