Quality Inspector

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on incoming components (electrical, electronic, and mechanical materials) and finished products;

Use measurement instruments such as calipers, multimeters, micrometers, and other equipment to ensure technical accuracy of inspected items;

Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and established acceptance criteria;

Record and document identified nonconformities, issuing reports and supporting corrective action plans;

Support the Quality, Engineering, and Production teams in failure analysis and in proposing process improvements;

Conduct sampling and spot inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure quality consistency (SPC);

Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, test results, and material and product compliance status;

Participate in quality review meetings and provide technical feedback to update standards, control plans, and work instructions;

Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement and reduction of supply and assembly failures.

Technical degree in Mechanics, Electronics, or a related field;

Solid knowledge of measurement techniques and instruments used in mechanical, electronic, and product inspections;

Ability to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions;

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards;

Basic knowledge of software tools for inspection records and report generation;

Familiarity with ISO 900 quality management systems;

Intermediate Excel skills.

Advanced English proficiency;

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;

Technical knowledge of plastic injection molding processes.
