OPERATIONS AT TRACTIAN



The Operations team is responsible for bringing our IoT devices to life. Our focus is on making the impossible possible, always with a strong results-driven mindset. We integrate hardware, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, and are responsible for the entire production process of our equipment, from component sourcing to the final adaptation of devices to meet strict international standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO


You will be part of the Logistics team, responsible for ensuring that Tractian’s sensors and materials are handled and shipped with quality and accuracy. You will support day-to-day logistics operations, from receiving to dispatch, ensuring that inbound, storage, and outbound flows run in an organized, efficient manner and within established timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record materials and components in the system;

  • Organize and store items safely, ensuring inventory accuracy;

  • Pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring the quality and integrity of sensors;

  • Package products according to company-defined standards;

  • Use barcode or QR code scanners to record inventory movements;

  • Update data in management systems (such as SAP, Retool, or equivalent);

  • Support inventory counts and report stock discrepancies;

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma;

  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or shipping operations, or a completed technical degree in Logistics;

  • Basic knowledge of inventory control systems;

  • Basic knowledge of Excel;

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.

Bonus Points

  • Technical degree or higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;

  • More than 2 years of experience in logistics operations;

  • Experience managing large-scale inventory;

  • Experience with SAP or digital logistics management platforms;

  • Knowledge of 5S practices and workplace safety.
