The People team is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources at TRACTIAN, from onboarding to employee development and performance management. This department focuses on building and maintaining a strong company culture, ensuring that employees are engaged, supported, and aligned with the company’s goals. The People team also handles payroll, benefits, and employee relations, making sure that TRACTIAN attracts and retains top talent while fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.

What you'll do

As an Occupational Safety Technician, you’ll be responsible for supporting a safe work environment by monitoring compliance with safety standards, overseeing documentation, and working closely with different teams. You’ll focus on setting up safety protocols, assessing workplace risks, and organizing necessary documentation to keep things safe and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Set up safety zones, ensure compliance with regulations (NRs), and coordinate safety protocols like emergency brigades and health assessments.

  • Liaise with external occupational health providers, such as Salú, for health evaluations and safety reports.

  • Manage occupational risks, making sure all assessments meet regulatory and internal standards.

  • Handle and update hazard allowance reports and issue CAT (Work Accident Reports) as required.

  • Plan and roll out strategies to prevent workplace risks.

  • Assist with technical visits, working alongside Customer Success, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure everyone understands and follows safety guidelines.

  • Oversee and organize all safety-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Technical certification in Occupational Safety or related field.

  • +3 years of experience in occupational safety, ideally at a mid-to-senior level, with hands-on knowledge of NRs and hazard management.

  • Experienced in preparing safety reports and issuing CATs, with a clear understanding of hazard allowances.

  • Familiarity with risk prevention, health protocols, and emergency procedures.

  • Solid organizational and communication skills, able to work well across teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.
