Meet the
Leadership
Meet the founders and operators who set an unapologetically high bar, putting their name on the hardware and AI that will define the next decade of global industry.
Our founders
At Tractian, authority is earned through impact, not tenure. Our leadership team sets an unapologetically high bar and works alongside the team, not above it. Driven by extreme ownership and customer obsession, they tackle the grittiest challenges head-on. Their mission is simple: to engineer an unfair advantage for the frontline, ensuring the hardware and AI we build today become the global standard tomorrow.

Leonardo Vieira
CCO
Industries are the foundation of our economy. Everything we consume comes from them, but often at an enormous cost to the workers who keep the world running without the necessary tools. It is a privilege to serve such a neglected sector, the one that literally keeps the world moving.
Gabriel Lima
COO
Success is born at the intersection of ambition, excellence in what you do, and a purpose greater than yourself — and I believe Tractian is the kind of environment where you will find many people driven by exactly that.
