Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product marketing, and customer success teams to align enablement initiatives
Build and maintain comprehensive sales onboarding materials, enablement materials.
Own the outcomes of training programs, continuously measuring and evolving their effectiveness.
Report to the sales enablement manager that is being hired now and roll up to the Director of GTM Operations
Build a trusted relationship with Mexico sales repsUse performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales teamCommunicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree.
Fluency in English is required.
1-2 years of experience in sales.1+ years of experience in building sales enablement programs.
Proven ability to lead both people and projects, driving initiatives to successful outcomes.
Proficient in capturing complex concepts and distilling them into actionable enablement materials.
Strong understanding of different sales methodologies
