The TRACTIAN Marketing team bridges the gap between our innovative products and the technical audience we serve, combining Growth, Branding, and Product Marketing to reach and resonate with both prospects and customers. Our team collaborates deeply with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure our visual identity and messaging reflect TRACTIAN’s expertise and commitment to operational excellence.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


As an SEO & SEM Specialist, you will focus on maximizing the technical and strategic performance of TRACTIAN's digital assets to drive organic search visibility and optimize user experiences. Working closely with the Paid Search Specialist, you will ensure organic search efforts align seamlessly with paid search campaigns. This includes identifying high-performing organic keywords for paid campaigns, optimizing organic content to reduce the CPC, and contributing to integrated SEM strategies. You will also lead initiatives to ensure web development aligns with best practices and leverage artificial intelligence to enhance search performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, enhance user experience, and drive high-quality traffic.

  • Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve crawling, indexing, and site performance issues, ensuring compliance with search engine best practices.

  • Oversee site architecture, internal linking, and link equity distribution to optimize crawlability and search engine indexation.

  • Implement structured data and schema markup to maximize content visibility and create rich results in search engines.

  • Partner with the Paid Search Specialist to identify high-performing organic keywords that can enhance paid search campaigns, optimize organic content to improve keyword quality scores and reduce CPC in paid campaigns, and share organic insights to refine SEM targeting strategies and improve ROI.

  • Analyze performance data using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for both organic and SEM efforts.

  • Leverage IA tools and prompt engineering techniques to enhance content strategies and automate search-related processes. Monitor and adapt to the evolving impact of AI on SEO, staying ahead of changes in AI-driven search tools (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar platforms).

  • Develop and implement strategies to leverage these new formats to boost Tractian’s brand visibility, align with user behavior shifts, and drive the generation of qualified leads.

  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying potential topics by closely monitoring internal and external inputs, such as sales team insights, trending industry topics, and customer pain points.

  • Quickly adapt and transform these insights into high-impact, optimized content to capture emerging search opportunities and strengthen brand presence in dynamic contexts.

  • Collaborate with the web development team as a mutual reviewer, ensuring updates align with technical SEO standards, usability requirements, and CRO best practices.

  • Identify and address gaps where SEO, web development, or CRO strategies can be enhanced, fostering a feedback loop to improve site performance, user engagement, and search-driven conversions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, with a proven track record of driving significant organic traffic growth.

  • Advanced experience with tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.

  • Strong understanding of web technologies and their interaction with SEO, including the ability to collaborate with developers to optimize web architecture for search performance.

  • Familiarity with structured data, schema markup, and advanced on-page SEO techniques.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Paid Search Specialist and other stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of how organic and paid search strategies integrate to maximize ROI and improve SEM performance.
