Technical Content Creation: Develop comprehensive, technically accurate content, including videos, white papers, and training courses that engage maintenance and production audiences.
Customer Engagement: Conduct interviews, field visits, and direct customer engagement to understand pain points and gather insights, ensuring content resonates with real-world applications.
Sales Enablement: Create and manage technical sales materials, such as product guides, case studies, and engineering-focused presentations that equip the sales team with practical, persuasive resources.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a technical bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure content aligns with product features, customer needs, and strategic goals.
Research & Competitive Intelligence: Lead technical market research and competitive analysis to guide content direction and ensure relevance in a fast-evolving industry.
Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, etc), or related fields, and/or experience in the industry/manufacturingStrong understanding of plant management, production processes, and maintenance engineering.
Excellent research skills to stay abreast of industry trends and practices.
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into accessible content.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts, non-technical teams, and industry professionals.
Strong analytical skills to understand and address the needs and challenges of plant managers and production engineers.
Ability to adapt content style and tone to suit different audiences and platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Detail-oriented mindset for maintaining content accuracy and quality.
