Event Planning: Identify and select trade shows that align with our business goals, and set clear lead generation targets for each.
Operational Management: Manage all logistical elements including venue, booth design, and supplier coordination to ensure seamless event execution.
Tactical Execution: Develop engaging activities to attract trade show attendees, utilizing dynamic presentations and interactive displays, and create brand experience actions to enhance event impact.
Lead Generation Focus: Implement effective lead capture strategies and ensure robust follow-up processes to convert leads into opportunities.
Supplier Management: Negotiate with suppliers, oversee contract fulfillment, and manage relationships to ensure event needs are met efficiently.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate each event’s success against objectives, using insights to optimize future strategies.
Inventory Management & Materials Handling: Conduct inventory searches, negotiate with suppliers and purchase necessary items for the events such as brochures and gifts. Besides that, also manage the separation and shipping of the events materials.
Multi-Event Organization: Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of multiple events simultaneously.
Project Tracking and Documentation: Maintain project tracking visible to all team members, facilitating access to all necessary documents, budget spreadsheets and other resources, in order to streamline collaboration and workflow efficiency.
Content Collaboration and Execution: Work with the marketing team to develop versatile content across channels, including social media, email campaigns, and blog updates, supporting both ongoing marketing campaigns and events. During events, manage live updates on social media, followed by post-event materials that highlight impactful moments.
During off-peak periods, you will contribute to other marketing areas by creating content, executing marketing campaigns and proactively identifying additional needs beyond events.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense to ensure events are visually appealing and align with brand standards. Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing large trade shows and events.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across different teams within the organization.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to manage supplier contracts and secure favorable terms.
Strategic Thinking: Capable of strategic planning while also being hands-on in executing event-related tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and Adaptation to project updates: Ability to think on your feet and effectively manage unexpected situations or last-minute changes.
Advanced English
Proficiency with event technology platforms and digital marketing tools, like HubSpot.
Experience in design and multimedia to enhance event presentations and materials.
Demonstrated success in significantly increasing event attendance and lead generation in past roles.
