Develop and execute a full-funnel inbound marketing strategy, integrating SEO, paid media, CRO, and lead nurturing to maximize pipeline and revenue growth.
Own and optimize paid media performance, ensuring efficient budget allocation across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
Lead SEO and content marketing efforts, driving organic growth through technical SEO and content optimization strategies to increase visibility and traffic.
Implement and scale CRO initiatives, optimizing the website, landing pages, and user journey to improve conversion rates and lead-to-revenue performance.
Oversee lead scoring, segmentation, and automated nurture workflows to engage the right prospects at the right time.
Optimize website growth, structure, and performance to enhance discoverability, engagement, and conversion rates.
Drive sales alignment, ensuring smooth lead handoff, pipeline tracking, and continuous feedback loops to optimize inbound and outbound marketing impact.
Build and lead a high-performance inbound marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, testing, and rapid iteration.
Proven experience scaling inbound marketing in a B2B SaaS, industrial technology, or high-growth tech environment.
Deep expertise in SEO, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), content marketing, and demand generation.
Strong background in CRO and lead nurturing, with hands-on experience optimizing conversion funnels and marketing automation workflows.
Experience managing multi-channel paid acquisition strategies, balancing organic and paid lead generation for optimal performance.
Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and attribution modeling.
Strong understanding of sales funnel optimization, pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact metrics.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to align marketing efforts with GTM strategies.
Leadership experience with a track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing inbound marketing teams.
Expertise in integrating organic and paid search strategies to maximize ROI and enhance SEM performance.
