Develop and implement organic growth strategies to drive high-quality traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize conversions.
Design and execute CRO initiatives, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and behavioral analysis, to enhance conversion rates and lead quality.
Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve crawling, indexing, and site performance issues, ensuring compliance with search engine best practices.
Work with Paid Search Specialists to identify high-performing organic keywords that can strengthen paid search campaigns, optimize organic content to improve keyword quality scores, and reduce CPC in paid campaigns.
Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance content strategies and automate search-related processes.
Monitor and adapt to the evolving impact of AI on SEO, staying ahead of changes in AI-driven search tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini). Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on these formats, boost Tractian’s brand visibility, align with shifting user behavior, and drive qualified lead generation.
Collaborate with the web development team as a mutual reviewer, ensuring updates align with technical SEO standards, usability requirements, and CRO best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in technical SEO with a proven track record of driving significant organic traffic growth.
Advanced proficiency with tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of web technologies and their impact on SEO, with the ability to collaborate with developers to optimize web architecture for search performance.
Expertise in structured data, schema markup, and advanced on-page SEO techniques.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Paid Search Specialist and other stakeholders.
Deep understanding of how organic and paid search strategies integrate to maximize ROI and enhance SEM performance.
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
Experience with A/B testing and user experience optimization to enhance on-page conversion rates.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) for implementing advanced on-page SEO enhancements.
Prior experience with international or multilingual on-page SEO strategies.
Contributions to on-page SEO publications, blogs, or industry forums.
