Campaign Management & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Data Consistency & Validation: Ensure data alignment across HubSpot, Looker, and Metabase to maintain accurate reporting and insights.
Technical Setup & Maintenance: Manage ad pixel integrations in HubSpot and monitor technical setups for tracking and campaign performance.
Documentation & Process Standardization: Organize and maintain process documentation to support consistent standards and best practices.
Creative Coordination & Branding Alignment: Collaborate with content teams to ensure creatives align with brand standards and update landing pages for optimal performance.
Lead Nurturing & Funnel Optimization: Work with CRM and sales teams to monitor and optimize the lead journey, addressing drop-offs to improve conversion.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests on ads, copy, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Provide detailed performance reports and insights on KPIs across regions (US, BR, MX).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics, Supermetrics, Looker, Excel, and ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta); HubSpot, Apollo, and Amplitude experience a plus.
Analytical Expertise: Strong data analysis skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in campaign setup and management, overseeing multiple accounts in US, BR, and MX.
Collaborative Attitude: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to align goals and share insights.
Mindset: Passionate about the operational aspects of ad management, with a keen interest in campaign details and optimization.
Experience with Tag Manager, Data Studio, and new channel implementation.
Skills in B2B lead nurturing tools and building ROI-focused dashboards.
