Revenue-Driven Strategy: Develop demand generation strategies that are directly tied to revenue objectives, prioritizing high-quality leads and optimizing campaign efforts to support pipeline growth.
Manage & Oversee Subteams: Lead and mentor the Performance and Lifecycle marketing teams, aligning their efforts with overall demand generation objectives and optimizing each team’s contribution to pipeline growth.
Campaign Development & Optimization: Lead and manage multi-channel campaigns across paid media, content, and events, continuously refining targeting, messaging, and creative to maximize high-value lead generation.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Implement and optimize lead scoring and nurturing workflows to prioritize high-value prospects, ensuring an effective handoff to Sales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Revenue, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to align on campaign strategy, targeting, and messaging, ensuring a unified approach to driving pipeline impact.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, including MQL-to-win rate, CPL, CAC, and pipeline velocity. Regularly report on campaign effectiveness and optimize efforts based on revenue-based KPIs.
Experimentation & Scaling: Continuously test new tactics and channels, identifying successful approaches to scale demand generation efforts in alignment with high-ticket B2B objectives.
Experience: 5+ years in Demand Generation or Performance Marketing, ideally in a high-ticket B2B SaaS environment, with a strong track record of meeting revenue and pipeline goals.
Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and campaign performance metrics, with hands-on experience in platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations, to align on demand generation strategy and campaign execution.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM and marketing automation tools, and capable of leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
Revenue Orientation: Focused on metrics that matter, from SQL conversion to CAC and ROI, with a keen understanding of the high-ticket sales cycle.
Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) for high-value accounts.
Knowledge of predictive analytics for lead scoring.
