WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an HR Analyst, you’ll be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle at Tractian — from hiring and onboarding to terminations and legal offboarding processes. You’ll oversee employee benefits, ensuring accurate enrollments, updates, and billing, as well as support employees with inquiries about vacations, payroll, and HR policies. You’ll also maintain and update our employee database, preparing reports for audits and due diligence, while collaborating closely with managers to provide insights on HR processes and guarantee smooth communication across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, terminations, and related legal processes. 

  • Oversee employee benefits (transportation vouchers, meal allowances, medical and dental plans), ensuring accurate enrollments, modifications, and billing. 

  • Track and manage vacation accruals, guiding employees on policies, scheduling leaves, and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements. 

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, vacations, payroll, and HR processes, resolving issues proactively. 

  • Maintain and update the employee database, generating reports for audits and due diligence. 

  • Collaborate with managers, providing insights on HR processes and ensuring seamless communication across teams. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in People Operations roles.

  • Proficiency in the English language. Deep knowledge of admission and termination practices. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. 

  • Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing contracts and legal documents. 

  • Bonus Points: have prior experience handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
