People at TRACTIAN
The People team is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources at TRACTIAN, from onboarding to employee development and performance management. This department focuses on building and maintaining a strong company culture, ensuring that employees are engaged, supported, and aligned with the company’s goals. The People team also handles payroll, benefits, and employee relations, making sure that TRACTIAN attracts and retains top talent while fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
What you'll do
As a Legal Analyst, you will work closely with both the Legal and Commercial Teams on official documents and commercial contracts, particularly focusing on SaaS agreements. You will leverage your legal expertise to establish legal standards for our processes, structure internal regulations, and create norms that guide our operations. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a high volume of contracts, multitask effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, interacting directly with clients to ensure smooth contract negotiation and resolution of any legal matters related to commercial agreements.
Responsibilities

Prepare, edit, and review a variety of commercial contracts and legal documents, ensuring they comply with company practices and legal standards.
- •
Conduct thorough reviews of existing and new contracts, assessing terms, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with the company’s interests.
- •
Interpret relevant laws and regulations, translating them into internal practices and operational standards.
- •
Develop and structure internal documents, guidelines, and norms related to commercial contracts and legal compliance.
- •
Work closely with commercial teams and other departments to ensure all contracts and agreements are legally sound and meet company requirements.
Requirements
- •
Bachelor's degree in Law and an active OAB's registration.
- •
3+ years of experience working in a legal environment, preferably within the tech industry, handling a high volume of contracts, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and adapting to the dynamic, fast-paced nature of a SaaS business.
- •
Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
- •
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively interfacing with various departments.
- •
Fluent English proficiency.

Proven track record in negotiating favorable terms in commercial contracts, particularly in customer-facing roles within the SaaS space.

Ability to foresee potential legal challenges and develop creative solutions to avoid or address them before they escalate.
- •
Experience interacting directly with clients and their legal teams to manage and resolve contract-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
