Prepare, edit, and review a variety of commercial contracts and legal documents, ensuring they comply with company practices and legal standards.
Conduct thorough reviews of existing and new contracts, assessing terms, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with the company’s interests.
Interpret relevant laws and regulations, translating them into internal practices and operational standards.
Develop and structure internal documents, guidelines, and norms related to commercial contracts and legal compliance.
Work closely with commercial teams and other departments to ensure all contracts and agreements are legally sound and meet company requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Law and an active OAB's registration.
3+ years of experience working in a legal environment, preferably within the tech industry, handling a high volume of contracts, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and adapting to the dynamic, fast-paced nature of a SaaS business.
Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively interfacing with various departments.
Fluent English proficiency.
Proven track record in negotiating favorable terms in commercial contracts, particularly in customer-facing roles within the SaaS space.
Ability to foresee potential legal challenges and develop creative solutions to avoid or address them before they escalate.
Experience interacting directly with clients and their legal teams to manage and resolve contract-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
