Global GTM Operations Team at TRACTIAN

At TRACTIAN, the GTM Operations team is a global department that supports Tractian GTM teams across the US, Brazil, and Mexico. We are a foundational team building the systems and processes that support our GTM team and directly impact our customer experience.


What you'll do

Within the GTM Operations team, the Sales Enablement team provides sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and broader enablement team, the Sales Enablement Manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product marketing, and customer success teams to align enablement initiatives.

  • Build and maintain comprehensive sales onboarding and enablement materials.

  • Deliver both live and virtual onboarding and training programs for the global sales team.

  • Own the outcomes of training programs, continuously measuring and evolving their effectiveness.

  • Report directly to the Director of GTM Operations.

  • Lead a team of three enablement specialists, distributed across the US, Brazil, and Mexico regions.

  • Build trusted relationships with sales reps.

  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team.

  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales.

  • 3+ years of experience in building sales enablement programs.

  • Proven ability to lead both people and projects, driving initiatives to successful outcomes.

  • Experience with content management and learning management systems.

  • Proficient in capturing complex concepts and distilling them into actionable enablement materials.

  • Strong understanding of different sales methodologies.

  • Experience delivering full-day training sessions to groups of 10+ learners.

  • Skilled in designing and implementing training programs for complex sales cycles.

  • Culturally aligned with Tractian’s growth mindset and values.

  • Strong preference for candidates based in the Atlanta area to collaborate in person with sales team members during office visits.
