Assemble and test electronic boards on the SMD line and prototyping.
Perform rework of SMD and through-hole components.
Support engineers in diagnostics and supervised functional tests.
Prepare materials, tools, and lab infrastructure for testing execution.
Follow technical procedures for assembly, inspection, and prototype validation.
Document failures, reworks, and test results.
Ensure organization, safety, and ESD best practices in the lab.
Completed technical degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related areas.
Hands-on experience in PCB assembly and testing.
Basic knowledge of electronics and schematic interpretation.
Skills in manual soldering and rework of SMD and PTH components.
Familiarity with measurement instruments (multimeter, etc.).
Organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical instructions.
Experience in SMD production lines and their equipment.
Background in R&D environments with rapid prototyping.
Knowledge of test support software.
Basic English for technical reading.
