Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT infrastructure and internal processes to better support business areas.
Ensure the integrity, availability, and performance of systems, networks, and servers.
Structure and manage the IT inventory, tracking and cataloging IT assets (including hardware, software, operating systems, and licenses).
Standardize, scale, optimize, and manage the lifecycle of IT equipment used by employees (provisioning, revocation, returns, certificates, device disposal, information wipe, records, logistics, etc.).
Manage IT projects by defining goals, priorities, and deliverables within deadlines and budgets.
Implement endpoint and asset monitoring to enforce security policies and prevent shadow IT, ensuring all devices are monitored.
Manage physical IT infrastructure, including CFTV issues, of all offices and the factory.
Manage telecommunication services (networks, devices, contracts, etc.).
Select and manage IT vendors to ensure they meet contractual requirements related to quality andperformance.
Manage the IT team to efficiently support all the headquarters.
Manage MDM (Apple Business, Intune, etc.) and ITSM tools.
Implement new technologies to improve IT operational efficiency.
Handle with EDR SentinelOne according to tasks defined by Security Team.
Manage hardware and software upgrade projects, prioritizing compatibility with security requirements and policies for logical access.
Participate in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring redundant infrastructure availability to minimize downtime.
Elaborate and document IT procedures, also implement training/guidance material aligned with ISO 27002 and other applicable standards and regulations.
Collaborate with audits and internal inspections related to IT services.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with solid knowledge in network management, servers, asset management and information security.
Ability to prioritize, be proactive and solve problems under strict deadlines.
Communication and organizational skills, with a hands-on profile.
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools.
Experience with MDM tools (Apple Business, Intune, etc.).
Knowledge of SentinelOne.
Knowledge and experience in applying ISO 27002 controls.
