Build and optimize demo assets that allow AEs and SEs to showcase Tractian’s value proposition.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Product teams to ensure demos align with real-world customer challenges.
Analyze how customers are using Tractian’s product through product analytics and live customer conversations
Deliver live and/or virtual training to equip sales reps with best practices for running engaging and technical demos.
Develop scripts, videos, and guides that standardize how Tractian is showcased to prospects.
Track demo utilization, effectiveness, and impact on deal conversion rates, using insights to iterate and improve.
Troubleshoot and maintain demo environments to ensure performance and reliability for sales calls and key events.
Work with Product and Engineering to incorporate the latest features into demos and train sales on updates.
Document and package demo assets (scripts, presentations, recordings, datasets, and software configurations) to enable efficient reuse and scalability for future projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, Typescript, non relational databases like MongoDB.
2+ years of experience in Demo Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a related role.
Experience training and enabling sales teams on how to deliver technical demos effectively.
Ability to create structured, repeatable demo processes that scale across global teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
