Global GTM Operations Team at TRACTIAN

At TRACTIAN the GTM Operations team is a global department that supports Tractian’s GTM teams across the US, Brazil, and Mexico. We are a foundational team that is building the systems and processes that support our GTM team and directly impact our customer experience. 

What you'll do

As Tractian’s Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be part of the technical backbone of our sales team, responsible for building, managing, and optimizing product demos that showcase the real-world impact of our Industrial Copilot. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to develop vertical specific, persona specific, and use-case specific demo experiences that drive revenue growth and delight customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize demo assets that enable AEs and SEs to effectively showcase Tractian’s value proposition.

  • Document and package demo assets—including scripts, presentations, recordings, datasets, and software configurations—for efficient reuse and scalability.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Product teams to ensure demos align with real-world customer challenges.

  • Analyze customer usage patterns through product analytics and live conversations to refine demo strategies.

  • Develop scripts, videos, and guides that standardize how Tractian is presented to prospects.

  • Track demo utilization, effectiveness, and impact on deal conversion rates, using insights to refine and improve presentations.

  • Troubleshoot and maintain demo environments to ensure performance and reliability for sales calls and key events.

  • Work with Product and Engineering to integrate the latest features into demos and train sales teams on updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, and non-relational databases such as MongoDB and ScyllaDB.

  • 2+ years of experience in Demo Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a related role.

  • Proven ability to train and enable sales teams to deliver technical demos effectively.

  • Expertise in developing structured, repeatable demo processes that scale across global teams.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong alignment with Tractian’s mission and values.
