Operate injection molding machines up to 160 tons;
Assist tests and studies on how climate and environmental factors impact part quality;
Assist developing solutions from an OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) perspective;Interpret technical drawings with complex GD&T and evaluate feasible tolerances;
Collaborate with the Engineering team on quality control and continuous improvement projects;
Assemble and disassemble molds/tooling;
Support the maintenance and optimization of the lab’s infrastructure;
Organize and maintain the laboratory environment;
Manage inventory of consumables, tools, and raw materials.
Hands-on experience with injection molds;
Experience working with injection molding processes;
Proficiency in operating injection molding machines;
Proficiency in Office Suite (Word and Excel) or G Suite (Google Sheets and Docs).
Experience with high-temperature polymers (e.g., PEEK, PPS);
Experience working with R&D teams;
Experience with hot runner and valve gate molds;
Reading-level English
