Finance at TRACTIAN

The Finance team at TRACTIAN is responsible for managing the company’s financial health and ensuring sustainable growth. This team oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring that all departments have the resources they need to operate efficiently. They also manage financial reporting and compliance, working closely with other departments to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Finance is key to driving profitability, managing cash flow, and ensuring that TRACTIAN maintains a healthy financial foundation as it scales.

What you'll do

As an Accounts Payable and Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s cash management and outgoing payments, including the creation and enforcement of payment policies. In this role, you will also manage the entire payroll process, develop and administer employee benefits, and ensure adherence to HR policies. This is a hands-on position where you’ll play a dual role—structuring and building out the function while also handling the day-to-day execution of processes.

  • Oversee and manage timely and accurate vendor payments.

  • Maintain, enhance, and enforce company payment and supplier policies.

  • Generating and sending out invoices to customers for goods or services rendered.

  • Monthly and quarterly reconciliation.

  • Execute and streamline the payroll process, implementing improvements as needed.

  • Administer and manage the company’s benefits plans.

  • Prepare and maintain reports and controls to monitor the department’s performance and compliance.

  • Preparation and review of our books for Audits and Financials Statements.

  • Closing process revision from our US entity.

  • Implementation of accounting process across the country.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, HR, benefits administration, or related areas.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and HR systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) is highly desirable.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance, including HIPAA and ACA, is a plus.
