Develop and implement strategies to optimize IT infrastructure and internal processes, ensuring seamless support for business operations and improving operational efficiency through new technologies.
Ensure the integrity, availability, and performance of systems, networks, and servers while managing telecommunications services, including networks, devices, and contracts.
Structure and oversee IT inventory management, tracking and cataloging all assets such as hardware, software, operating systems, and licenses.
Standardize, scale, and optimize the lifecycle of employee IT equipment—covering provisioning, revocation, returns, certificates, disposal, data wiping, records management, and logistics—while implementing endpoint and asset monitoring to enforce security policies and prevent shadow IT.
Lead IT projects by defining goals, priorities, and deliverables within deadlines and budgets, ensuring compliance with security policies and logical access requirements during hardware and software upgrades.
Manage physical IT infrastructure, including CFTV systems across offices and the factory, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Administer MDM (Apple Business, Intune) and ITSM tools, while handling EDR SentinelOne tasks in alignment with the security team.
Develop and document IT procedures, providing training materials aligned with ISO 27002 and other standards, and supporting audits and internal inspections to ensure compliance.
Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning, ensuring redundant infrastructure availability to minimize downtime.
Lead the IT team to efficiently support headquarters' needs and drive continuous improvement across all IT functions.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with strong expertise in network management, servers, asset management, and information security.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, proactively solve problems, and perform under strict deadlines with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) tools and mobile device management (MDM) solutions such as Apple Business and Intune.
Experience with SentinelOne and applying ISO 27002 controls to ensure compliance and security best practices.
