Sales Development Representative - SDR

Responsibilities

  • Perform the initial contact, by phone and email, with our potential customers, who arrive through Marketing or through our active prospecting tools;
  • Develop and improve our coldmail, strategies with maximum attention to details that may impact the interest of knowing our product;
  • Update all information in our CRM and perform constant follow-up of customers;
  • Have a direct relationship with the product team to qualify the customer according to their pains and needs;
  • Pass the baton to the closing team when it judges that the lead is qualified.

We don't require any specific major or degree. We strongly believe in people willing to learn fast and do what it takes with a lot of enthusiasm.

  • Being more technical or having any engineering experience
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (written, on the phone, and in-person) and are comfortable speaking to anyone
  • Attention to detail, follow-up, time management as well as strong planning and organization skills
  • Intrigued by entrepreneurship? Good! We need someone with a passion for working in a dynamic and spirited startup scene
  • Nice-to-Have: Having already worked and/or sold to the industry, as well as prior knowledge about predictive maintenance

Our product is unconventional. It's not like a SaaS to sign documents that in 1 hour you already figured out how to sell. You'll need to understand the minds of maintenance managers and also how our data and sensor can save the customer from costly failures.
