- A passion for finding the best talent and previous experience in recruiting or similar roles
- Active sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches to set up a structured search
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Nice-to-Have: previous experience in successfully recruiting in a digital environment for tech & product roles.
